I feel that it is probably time, since I am trying to use GovZero in two projects, to create gzkit finally, modeled after and in the spirit of speckit. Is there a spec approach that Claude favors? I have heard that some anthropic engineers do not both with a spec approach at all, but I find that agents need guardrails.

All Three Needed

A covenant is: - Explicit (written down) - Binding (both parties commit) - Enduring (survives sessions) - Mutual (obligations on both sides)

That's exactly what gzkit is: a covenant between human and agent for how work gets done.
